We have introduced new ANPR systems at the centre to offer our customers a smooth visit to St Anns. The new systems offer customers a Pay on Exit, Cashless & Ticketless solution whilst using our parking facilities.

Will you be changing your parking hours when the new systems are in place?

No! We will continue to offer our shoppers 24-hour parking solutions at St Anns.

What are ANPR systems?

ANPR (Automated Number Plate Recognition) systems use specially designed cameras to detect registration plates of vehicles entering and exiting car park facilities. The new systems are Pay on Exit, so please enjoy your visit with us and remember to pay before leaving the mall.

Are you still offering 30-minutes free parking?

We will no longer be offering 30 minutes free parking. We request customers keep this in mind when making payments towards their stay at the centre.

Do I need to pay on entry?

No! The new systems offer our customers a pay on exit solution, so please do enjoy your visit and remember to pay before you leave the centre.

We have 8 payment terminals situated in key locations across the centre. These can be found at;

How can I pay for parking on the new machines?

The new payment terminals are quite easy to use. Prior to leaving the centre, customers must input their full registration number (including alphabets and numerals) to pull up their vehicle information. The payment terminal will then guide customers on how to complete their payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We are going CASHLESS! The following payment methods are now accepted at the terminals;

Can I get a receipt for my stay?

Absolutely! Upon payment, customers will receive a printed copy of their receipt.

What if I don’t find my vehicle on the system?

In the unlikely event that the system cannot pull up your vehicle’s details, the system will direct customers to enter their estimated time of arrival. Please remember to enter your full registration number, including the alphabets and numerals.

How long do I have to leave the centre once I’ve made a payment?

The new systems offer customers a 15-minute grace period from the time the payment is made.

Can I get a permit/season ticket?

EV Charging Enquiries

We are delighted to announce that we now have Electric Vehicle Charging ports available at St Anns!

How much does it cost to charge my car?

The standard charge across all our EV Charging ports is 79p/kWh.

How do I pay for my charge?

You can pay for your charging session using contactless payment via credit or debit card, ApplePay or Android Pay. You can sign up for an Osprey Account, where you can use an RFID card or charge via the Osprey App. You can also pay for charging through various third party apps including ZapPay.

How long will it take for my car to charge?

This depends on the state of charge of the car when you begin charging and the size of the battery, but a standard charge is around 35-45 minutes.

Is my car compatible?

The chargers will have both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors, this services all fully electric vehicles currently on the road.

What hours will it be available / accessible?

We offer 24/7 parking in the heart of Harrow, and you will have access to the charging ports throughout.

What happens if it breaks, who do I contact, what do they do/how quickly?

The Osprey team offer a 24/7 support line, so should you have any issues, their team can be contacted on 0330 0101 757

Depending on the nature of the issues, the Osprey team will be able to fix the issues remotely.

I love Osprey, and want to use them elsewhere, how do I found other portals?

Easy! You can download Osprey’s app or you can use other services such as ZapMap which is available on desktop or as an application as well.  These will tell you your live location and your nearest EV charger. Depending on the nature of the issues, the Osprey team will be able to fix the issues remotely.

I need a receipt, how do I get one?

If you pay by contactless, please visit Osprey’s website and fill out the receipt request form. If you pay via the Osprey app, you can find your charge history and receipts under your account profile. For third party payments, please check with your provider.
